Recovering Cryptocurrencies

We've seen a growing value of cryptocurrencies getting stuck in numerous Smart Contracts without any ability to recover these lost assets.

To prevent such damages, most of our smart contracts have a Recovery mechanism. That allows our admins to withdraw accidentally sent tokens.

Rest assured, if the Neptune Mutual team can recover the funds, we will send it back to the original address it came from--however big or small the amount. To prevent spam requests, we may ask you to deposit a transaction fee to cover the transfer.
If we have reasons to believe that your token is a malware, we may deny or ignore your request and your deposit will be forfeited. Tokens without verified source code on Etherscan will not be recovered. Tokens that appear authentic but link to unverified and fraudulent contracts will not be recovered.
